A. While you are welcome to seek a professional, our customers find that their new carports are easily assembled themselves. All that is
needed for assembly is a few basic tools, our installation manual, and a couple pairs of capable hands.
Q. How long will it take to erect my new carport?
A. It will not take long to assemble your new carport. Most of our customers have erected their carports over the course of a weekend,
although, with a leisurely pace and plenty of breaks, it may take an extra day or two.
Q. What if I run into trouble while erecting my new carport?
A. If you do have any questions or issues during the assembly process, simply call the toll-free number provided with your assembly
instructions. We have licensed engineers on call to provide guidance and answer all of your questions.
Q. Do I need to pick up my carport or do you deliver?
A. For your convenience, we offer both options. Our factory is located in Brampton, Ontario and you are welcome to pick up your carport
kit from that location. Alternatively, we are more than happy to offer shipping across Ontario and North America. Please
